A source said the council in an interview for "Alsumaria News" that "16 members of the Council of the province of Babylon out of 30 voted for Hassan napkin for the position of second deputy governor of Babylon. The source, who asked not to be named, said "napkin employee in the Supreme Judicial Council and the chairman of the Supreme Council office in the province." The Council decided to Babil province, Tuesday (September 30, 2014), the sacking of the deputy governor of Babylon second Qasim Zamili, attributing this to the "non-presence" of the meetings of the Council, while assigned to the Legal Committee of the Board opened the door for nominations to fill the position.
