Deputy governor of Babylon submit his resignation and accused Royal stripped of powers

Ft Associate Administrator of the governor of Babylon Maitham al-Jubouri, on Sunday, his resignation in response to the call of good reference, accusing the conservative stripped him of all powers, and make the office a formality.
Jubouri said in a statement, said he "offered his resignation in response to the demands of the demonstrators and call good reference, in addition to the inability to manage this file stripped of the powers granted to us according to the law."
"The governor of Babylon honest meaning to limit the powers of the Royal hand and the deployment of 100 degrees and careers according to favoritism, without taking into consideration the regulations and instructions for making appointments made us fail to correct the path of the government therefore was to resign."
He pointed out that "many officials in the executive cabin will offer their resignations tomorrow for their inability to continue in the government and not to respond to the legitimate demands of the demonstrators."
