Three laws "stuck" legislation soon
BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - Committee of the Regions and the provinces said the province is linked, it is heading for parliamentary approval of three laws that would promote the democratic reality in the country.
And the Chairman of the Committee for Khaled Mufriji ( IMN ), that "the future the Commission to approve the Union, which is one of the most important interfaces democracy in the country's Law on the Council, and that the members of the Committee and put in mind the adoption of this law."
Pointing out that "laws which will be our priority in the next phase, the Kirkuk provincial council elections, and election districts and areas in the provinces."
The Federal Court has overturned the Article 23 of the provincial councils, which states the need to normalize the situation in Kirkuk and the sharing of security and local administration of all components, and audit elections a record in 2005 as a condition for the province of Kirkuk elections, after the law gave the coalition of Kurdish blocs, early last August, stabbed with the court for the purpose of the repeal of Article 23 of the provincial Act 2008.
The Commission asked for the regions and governorates that are not associated with the province earlier, the government withdraw its objection to the amended Law of 21 special powers to the provinces of the Federal Court.
