Revealed the parliamentary blocs, meeting for prospective legislative and executive authorities of to discuss the completion of the reforms carried out by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and discussed the fate of the independent bodies.

He revealed Abdul Aziz Dalimy, MP for the Liberal bloc, said that "there will be a meeting between the heads of political blocs and the House of Representatives with the government to discuss the issue of independent bodies in order to resolve the situation by proxy management positions, which include these bodies and special grades."
Explains Dalimy "long" saying that "this meeting will take place during the next few days to complete the changes implemented by the government and initiated by the Ministry of Defence and then move to the Interior Ministry and then to the independent bodies."
In turn confirms the Abtan Abdul Karim, MP for the National Bloc, said that "everyone agrees on the independence of these bodies and keep it away from the dominance of any political party."
Abtan says, in a telephone conversation with the "long" yesterday, "There is a new round of government Haider al-Abadi will include the arrival of professional persons to the Presidency of these bodies to be able to perform their duties in a substantive and practical."
It notes the leader of the National Accord Movement, led by Iyad Allawi, that "open file independent bodies by the government needs to enact a law of independent bodies in order to demystify some of the constitutional provisions which did not provide for the issue of association with the House of Representatives or the government."
And reveals the MP for Baghdad province for "The House of Representatives will be directed to the resumption of the Federal Court's decision to link with independent bodies referred to in the Constitution and the prime minister is not directly under the chairmanship of the House of Representatives."
So to say Furat al-Tamimi, MP for the citizen's parliamentary bloc, by saying that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi serious issue in a comprehensive and radical changes independent of the bodies through a suitable alternative put forward."
He continues Tamimi told the "long", "included a national paper under which the government was formed to make changes in all locations and positions of the state, including independent bodies," noting that "the House of Representatives is expected to send the names of candidates for these bodies by the Council of Ministers."
And a member of a coalition of citizen acknowledges that "what we want our inception in the coming period is the independence of these bodies, fairness and impartiality in its affairs after interventions by the executive branch, specifically what happened from interference in the work of the Central Bank and even the Electoral Commission."
Furat al-Tamimi, and saw that "previous interventions have created a rift in the work and independence of these bodies, which led to the failure of many of them legal tasks," noting that "the political blocs have not yet begun negotiations with the government on the nomination stage names for these bodies."
Tamimi and draws out that "the replacement of the presidencies of this process will be independent bodies after the completion of the interior ministry file that will be launched soon," stressing that "Abadi will make several changes, including some of the leaders of this ministry."
