Parliamentary Legal: The government has not made up its mind on whether to send
Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: Legal Committee member Amin Bakr, on Tuesday, revealed that the government has not made up its mind to send 2014 budget year to the House of Representatives or the sufficiency of existing data with him.
He said Baker's "Tomorrow's Press," "The House of Representatives does not know when the government will present the budget much-delayed project, and therefore imposed pressure on the government to send it as soon as possible for the legislation before the end of the fiscal year."
He continued that "in the event of not sending the budget Sndl in a legal vacuum and constitutional government must be held accountable for it."
It is noteworthy that the state budget has become material for debate and the exchange of accusations between all the political blocs, they are still languishing in the corridors of the House of Representatives, and did not complete the readings since it was ratified by the Council of Ministers (January 15, 2014).
