A parliamentary source said, that the heads of blocs agreements are settled label presidencies of the Parliamentary Standing Committees before the members vote on the agreement.
The source told ((eighth day)) that "the leaders of the blocs had reached a settlement of the crisis committees choose candidates for the presidencies of agreement and compromise, and the House of Representatives was Maard orally not written."
