London: until now had not been interrupted, "the ball rolling" between the government and Sunni tribesmen in Anbar, waiting for arming and organizing the work of the militia, and police, and also waiting for granting local governments more "military and financial powers" which eases the central burden on them.
And connecting the report, told Reuters news between the plight of the tribe, "Al Bu tiger", and between what it calls "the government's inability to achieve lasting stability without tribesmen Sunni support", and therefore the report tends to count government Abadi "failed" so far in the "absorption Year "or in carrying out any step leading to autism with them !.
The score report, which aired Reuters in English, that the clan "Al Bunmr" one of the Sunni tribes which US forces helped to defeat Al-Qaeda Anbar Santé province of 2006-2007, a strategy which "hopes" Washington, that Iraq will be able to "replicated" in the fight against terrorists "Islamic state".
The report does not deny that there are "friendships" between some Shiite militia, and some Sunni tribal leaders, but they are either "fragile" or they do not constitute marks on the availability of "the momentum" of confidence to bury sectarian differences and form a united force against terrorists in Anbar, or in other from the provinces. The Reuters report refers in this context to confirm the officials found in Iraq since the US military last month that "the situation is fraught."
Reuters quoted Krhot morning, the head of the Anbar Provincial Council as saying: clans need to arms and ammunition, and if the government is unable to provide this support soon, we will resort to other options, including a request for help from the international coalition.
Reuters could not be reached for comment on these statements from government officials. He acknowledged some Sunni tribesmen in their conversations to Reuters about the fall of some arms of government, however, the "Islamic state," either because of corruption or because of sympathy with them !. The report emphasized that "lack of confidence" goes in both directions, "the government and the tribes," which deepens the "state of denial" within the Sunni-Shi'ite militias to the presence of the majority communities, or local police from non-residents of the cities themselves.
Many hoped that improved relations between Baghdad and the Sunni tribesmen in the case is to facilitate access to them, and also after securing good relations with the Kurdistan region.
