Completion of drilling of six new wells in the Halfaya field in Maysan province
Maysan Oil Company announced the completion of the foreign companies operating in the fields of Missan Oil Company under the licensing rounds, 6 drilling new wells in the Halfaya field. The general director of Maysan Oil Company engineer Adnan Noshi Sagt in a statement to Radio tow that wells have been drilled recently are both (Hlvaip 162.174, 8, 54.14; 4) pointing out that the companies that carried out the drilling operations are the two companies Bohai and Dagin Chinatan Contracting with the main company, which manages development operations in the field (Petrojayna). Noshi explained that these wells including wells (Hlvaip 162) was drilled multiple arms in a manner which will double its production rate compared to the other wells drilled with one arm, and the number of multiple wells arms arrived with the new well in the Halfaya field 11 wells. He pointed out that the number of wells that have been drilled in the Halfaya field since the implementation of licensing rounds in 2010, including contracts for these new wells reached 98 wells distributed over the processing complexes (the first and second cpf1, cpf2 /) for the production of 200 thousand barrels per day.
