Maysan Oil Announces complete the drilling of four new wells in the Halfaya field

Maysan / Sky Press: Maysan oil company, announced Monday, to complete the drilling of four new wells in the Halfaya field one big fields, noting that the total number of wells drilled in the field reached the 139 wells.
The general director of oil company Missan Adnan Nochi in a statement received "Sky Press," said the new wells completed drilled recently are Hlvaip (9, 27, 131 and 149) is within the composition of the supervisor and the follicular Kirkuk, pointing out that the companies implementing the two Bohai and Dagin two Chinese one of the drilling companies contracting with the main operator Petrojanaa company. "
He added that "these operations comes within the development processes under the licensing rounds decades."
The Petrojayna Chinese company manages operations development in the Halfaya field under the contract which have earned it in the second licensing rounds and succeeded in raising the production rates of the field to more than 200 thousand barrels per day, and it is hoped that up to more than 400 000 barrels per day in early 2017 in addition to the production of large amounts of gas.
Referred to the production of the Missan Oil Company for all fields rates have seen an unprecedented increase amounted to 360 000 barrels per day and exports most of quantity through the ports of Basra.
