The oil expert Hamza Jeweler in an interview for the "long", that "the multiplicity of the oil companies in the various provinces without plans commensurate with the potential of each province, causing a large wasting energy and money in workers."
"The text of the law on the need to maintain the production of up to more than 100 000 barrels to allow them to set up a company manages the exploration and extraction process and export the approval of the Federal Ministry of Oil."
He explained jeweler that "the repeated claims of some of the local provincial departments of the federal government to establish a private oil company in that province to the mere presence of oil fields or gas is developed is a step in the wrong direction because it causes a large wasting money through inflation, the administrative structure of the province."
He said the "oil management of priorities and the jurisdiction of the federal government so it is considered decisions, plans and enforceable within what its available extracted and viable quantities for export and is not reasonable to you all the provinces that territory containing quantities of crude oil by acting alone."
He stressed that "work on the classification of the provinces according to the country's economic requirements of the Iraqi government allows the establishment of development projects related to oil, such as petrochemical plants and refineries for the production of oil derivatives in some provinces that do not produce oil."
He pointed out that "the Maysan Oil Company not established until the oil production exceeded more than 100 000 barrels and there is a tendency to establish a company in the middle between humpback field and field east of Baghdad, which is expected to produce more than the 100 000 barrels much to add to the escalation of the ongoing work in Nasiriyah and fields that can be up production to 100 000 barrels within the plan for it. "
He pointed out that "oil policies adopted by some of the Petroleum Exporting Countries is possible to prevent the arrival of Iraq to the amount that could be him that issued during the coming years, so it is the development of all the discovered fields process waste big money because of the inability to store large quantities of oil extracted."
For his part, said economist Mohammed Abdul Latif Al-Ani's "long", "The Iraqi government has largely succeeded in driving the oil sector, including contributed to the increase in production to a good level somewhat during the confusing circumstances experienced by the country."
He added that "some provinces demanding the formation of a local oil enterprises in fact considered the views of non-thought out and does not have visions of a strategy for the future."
Ani "explained the involvement of provincial departments in the development of the private oil sector to maintain the process, is good without resorting to the culture of conflict and the imposition of views that do not only lead to the loss of projects and stopped as a result of personal and political intersections between the ruling administrations in the country."
The Minister of Oil, Adel Abdul Mahdi, the oil production rates in the southern oil fields up to (3), million barrels per day, noting that the export rates stand at 2.5 million barrels.
Abdul-Mahdi said during a press conference attended by "long-Presse", "It is natural that the daily rates of production in the southern fields sometimes exceed the rate of 3 million barrels per day of production has been at other times of up to 3.2 million barrels per day."
He said Abdul-Mahdi, said that "a portion of these quantities produced go to local refineries, and that the quantities exported rate increases at certain times of up to 2.5 million barrels per day."
The Southern Oil Company, announced during last July, for the production of 77 million 222 thousand and 55 barrels during last June, and that the total oil recipient from the fields of Missan and humpback with total crude oil product became 89 million and 123 thousand and 618 barrels, while oil exports for the month of August amounted to 73.6 million barrels.
It is noteworthy that global oil prices continue falling from more than a hundred dollars to below 88 per barrel, due to oversupply and a slowdown in demand growth and the rise of the US currency, as the price of Brent has fallen more than 20 percent since last June when he was near $ 116 per barrel.
As called for the governor of Dhi Qar, Yahya Mohammed Baqir al-Nasseri, earlier, to form a "national oil body" to manage its oil wealth until the adoption of the oil and gas law, and stressed the importance of building a "partnership relationship" real between the oil ministry and local governments to develop oil and extractive industry, while He pointed out that the province is currently producing more than 150 000 barrels per day, and there is no legal reason why the announcement of their own oil company, Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi pointed out that there are negotiations and discussions to complete the required details in the oil contracts for the implementation of "Nasiriyah refinery project."
And the Ministry of Oil and workshop, in (15 this November) under the auspices of the Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to develop the oil situation in the country attended by a number of conservative and Energy Committee in the Baghdad Provincial Council, the minister, Abdul-Mahdi said during a press conference on the sidelines of the workshop that the recent oil agreement between The central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government will raise oil production, as pointed out that the provincial non-oil producers will get a portion of oil imports to the producing provinces.
And published the Oil Ministry on its official website at (22/01/2014) permit to former Oil Minister Abdul Karim and coffee which move the ministry to complete the technical and legal procedures for setting up two companies and two national oil in the provinces of Dhi Qar and Wasit and to instruct the authorities and relevant departments of the founding of Dhi Qar Oil Company confirmed in Dhi Qar and Wasit oil company in the province of Wasit province, and that the ministry is serious about speeding in their establishment.
