3. development of industries that accommodate the largest possible number of workers to mitigate the phenomenon of unemployment and thus reduce poverty rates with the trend towards human development in the professional and technical staff.
4. oriented industries that sings for large imports for the purpose of providing a rare coin.
5. The selection of competitiveness with imports own and support industries.
6. develop the work of legislation, regulations and procedures and the policy environment.
7. Support and encourage small industrial enterprises (SME) loans and energy, and the legislation of its own law.
8. go about building industrial cities developed by investment and the contribution of the state.
9. start implementing industrial strategy and its offshoot industrial initiative.
The statement pointed to "the need to go about addressing and restructuring of the industrial sector properly and give a leading role to the private sector as stated in the new government program, so call to adopt the following methodology:
• The appointment of restructuring for each facility, according to the method developed, and that the facilities are classified into four groups according to the degree of degradation and economic feasibility and choose the most appropriate way for each of them.
• Must not be restructuring the leaking workers account without compensation or find a suitable job opportunities for thousands of workers process.
• Conduct a thorough and practical value of industrial enterprises to be privatized by the committees fair to prevent the domination of mafia money and acquired at a price of dirt as happened in some countries of the world and Iraq in 1988 to assess.
