A parliamentary source said in an interview with the (long-Presse), said that "the Iraqi Council of Representatives held at noon today, its 33-chapter Legislative first legislative year, the first of the third parliamentary session chaired by President Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 210 deputies," noting that "the agenda of the meeting includes swearing-in of members of the House of Representatives who hold government positions and replacements for those who have held a ministerial or vice-president positions. "
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The meeting will also see the first reading of the draft law amending the legal provisions that prohibit courts from hearing lawsuits Law No. (17) for the year 2005, and the first reading of the draft amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure Law No. (23) of 1971, and the first reading of the draft law amending the judicial fees Law No. (114) for the year 1981, and the first reading of the draft Communications and Informatics Law. "
