*****Dr. Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum in the middle of last month***** asked the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary***** proposed oil and gas law (proposed law) on the agenda of the House of Representatives***** for the first reading. Proposal has been prepared by representatives and experts***** based on the first draft made by the government in 2007. *****However, the mass of the National Alliance***** opposed the proposed law read as not approved by the government***** and there are modifications made to it *****without the knowledge of stakeholders such as the Ministry of oil *****and thus forced the Chair to postpone the subject. *****
