Likely leader of the coalition of state law and MP / National Alliance / Ihsan Al-Awadi, *****the difficulty of the implementation of the terms of the current leader,***** Sadr, Muqtada al-Sadr, in which the demonstration is to postpone the millions,***** because of the locks of the Iraqi state budget.*****
He said al-Awadi said in a statement (of the Agency news) on Tuesday: *****that the state budget began was closed it, *****and the Sadrist movement a major role in their preparation, *****and some of the conditions of cleric Muqtada al-Sadr,***** raised during the budget preparation,***** indicating the possibility of applying the conditions al-Sadr *****in the budget preparation financial year (2012).*****
Mr. Muqtada al-Sadr, has set three conditions for the postponement of millions demonstrations demanding better services, while stressed that those conditions is the last chance for the government, again refusing to bring down Maliki's government.
Mr. Sadr said in a statement issued from his office in Najaf, said the three conditions is to give a share of Iraqi oil every citizen, and run no less than fifty thousand unemployed in all provinces and the distribution of fuel to the generator in all provinces for free before they are improving the situation of electricity in those areas, noting that those conditions will be the last. And vowed to rally al-Sadr postponed until further notice if the achievement of those demands and without delay
