Lawyers and activists called for Iraqis and Arabs to arrest the current Vice-President of the Republic and former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for his involvement in many crimes, including the bombing of the Iraqi Embassy in Beirut, the year one thousand nine hundred and eighty-one.
