Abadi enters a second meeting with the Kurdish delegation in Baghdad

Twilight News / senior source revealed in Baghdad, on Monday, that the head of government and Haider Abadi, head of the Kurdistan Regional Government currently hold a meeting to complete their talks on the outstanding contentious issues between Erbil and Baghdad.
The source said "Twilight News", Abadi income at a meeting with Barzani and his accompanying delegation this morning, is due to the parties completed the talks held between the two sides on Sunday, to discuss the general budget and the oil and the implementation of Article 140 issues in order to reach an agreement that satisfies both parties.
The source did not mention whether the two sides will hold a press conference to announce the results of the meeting, or they Sictviac announcement of a joint communiqué, as happened yesterday.
Barzani arrived in Baghdad on Sunday, at the head of a delegation including his deputy Qubad Talabani and Minister of Natural Resources Ashti Hawrami, Minister of Finance and Economy Ali Sindi and held a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and then went with him to the House of Representatives, also met with President of the Republic Fuad Masum, and due to hold another series of meetings with senior officials and heads of blocs and parties of Iraq in order to end the outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil agreement guarantees the rights of all parties, as stated by the Kurds officials.
