Oil agreement overcome obstacles between Baghdad and Erbil

Abdullah said in a statement (newspaper integrity) that "the regional government will inject 250 000 barrels per day from its territory and 300 thousand barrels of Kirkuk and the revenues to the budget of the Centre and in return be granted (17%) of the general budget and the launch of the Peshmerga salaries."
He continued, "This agreement is very good and equivalent reflections provincial government agreement and cooperation between the center and ensure the rights of the parties to a constitutional basis."
The head of the Iraqi Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim had received on Monday, the head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani and his accompanying delegation in his office in Baghdad and discussed with him the ongoing negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil, stressing that negotiations between the positive and constructive parties.
For his part, Barzani said at the conference that "after a visit to the oil minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to the region opened a new page between Baghdad and Erbil serve the interests of Iraq and there is a positive atmosphere touched through our discussions with the presidencies and officials" .anthy 9
