Send Baghdad to share the territory of the general budget of the country and 17 percent for the Erbil delivered 250,000 barrels of oil and 300,000 barrels from the Kirkuk fields to the Federal Government for export on their own. These agreements will be implemented starting early next year, with the two delegations will meet the Commissioners concluding session later on Tuesday will issue a joint statement which contains the details of the agreement.
