President of the "OPEC" alludes to the meeting of the "emergency" of the organization
The head of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC", Minister of Oil Nigeria, Desagna Ellison Madueqi, according to the "home" OPEC is passing through a "difficult", due to the decline in the price of a barrel of oil, which affects many members of the organization and non-Member States.
