Venezuela: talks "informal" to OPEC on the eve of the informal meeting of the Organization

Venezuelan Oil Minister Aaolockheo del Pino said, if the OPEC oil ministers will meet "informally" in the third of December, the day before the informal meeting of the organization, adding that the idea proposed by Saudi Arabia.
Del Pino "It is an informal meeting where we will talk very frankly about the market situation and will talk clearly about production levels in each country."
Venezuela is demanding for some time that the OPEC move to support crude prices. However, Saudi Arabia rejects those calls, insisting to focus on defending market share.
Del Pino said that the informal meeting will be held on the proposal of Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi.
He added Del Pino, who met with Naimi earlier "after prayers to the need to move OPEC .. he himself suggested the possibility that we meet the day before the OPEC meeting to talk openly and informally about the situation .. What we going to do about the quantities and prices."
The source familiar with the news of the meeting but said it was "just talk."
Del Pino said that the third meeting of December will be held in Vienna.
He added that he is responsible for organizing the meeting and that the ministers of oil in Ecuador and Qatar have already confirmed their presence.
