Barzani review the agreement and announce to continue to work to connect the Kirkuk oil pipelines Kurdistan

meeting.jpgBarzani said in a statement issued after a cabinet meeting on Thursday that the Kurdistan Region will hand over the amount of 250 thousand barrels of production to Baghdad and transmits its 300 thousand other of Kirkuk.
He added that "Iraq is practically need to Kurdistan region, even if the government of Kurdistan did not establish that the oil infrastructure to enable Iraq to do something in order to Kurdistan."
Confirmed at the level of implementation of the recent agreement with Baghdad, "now being worked to connect the Kirkuk oil pipeline network and the region that needs to be works of art for its completion."
He continued that "the federal government intends to determine the price of a barrel of oil at $ 70 in the general budget for the next year in 2015, and we told them clearly that we will deliver Sumo amount agreed upon only 250 000 a barrel."
He added that "the Convention will be included in the framework of the budget law for a period of one year, but we put a good foundation. According to the agreement we'll deliver 250 000 barrels of oil to the federal government and we bring them 300 000 barrels last production of Kirkuk through belonging to the territory of the pipeline network."
He pointed out that "the region under demanding Baghdad for 11 years, regardless of the Peshmerga budget but they refuse," noting "now has been added to the Peshmerga budget the federal budget, and this is a big success."
On the debt arising from the Baghdad region, the Prime Minister pointed out that the federal government owes to the Kurdistan Region of more than 16 trillion Iraqi dinars and this was officially installed in the Federal Ministry of Finance report, adding also did not disbanding the amounts owed to oil companies as well.
