Council exempts Anbar governor Ahmed al-Dulaimi from office and sets a date for next Tuesday to choose irreplaceable
The Information Office of the President of the provincial council said in a statement that members of the Anbar province voted by an absolute majority during an emergency session held today to exempt Anbar governor Ahmed al-Dulaimi from office and forwarded to retire, he said, adding that the council nominations are open to people of the province to take over as governor checked on Tuesday, the 23 of the current month as the date to choose alternative.
