Sabah: Kuwait positively responds to Iraqi request
The First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister of Kuwait, Sabah Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah, assured that “Kuwait responded positively towards Iraq’s request to postpone the payment of the last payment of the financial compensations for the damage caused by the Iraqi Former Regime’s invasion for Kuwait in 1990 and will respond positively towards all steps that will relief the difficulties Iraq faces without violating the resolutions of the UN Security Council.” /End/
