Legal representative: Iraq crisis cash and not economic

Special/propriety/Eman Kassem newspaper – a member of the parliamentary legal Committee Salim Shawki said Tuesday that "Iraq crisis now cash, not economic."
Shawki said in a statement to (newspaper of integrity) that "the economy of Iraq and could not fall apart but cash is a problem", noting that "in case of a withdrawal of cash at banks and in the Central Bank will affect this process directly on the value of the Iraqi dinar."
"We have taken several measures in the House of representatives that would ease existing cash crisis which demanded that provincial Act amended and which will bring us several privileges, first throw ministries and transferred authority to Governors and eliminate bureaucracy and red tape and provide faster and better service to the citizen and dispense with the issue to claim the territory for the powers to be transferred to the provinces."
He said Shawqi "called for activation of the tax code that targets the large capital and evading taxes and good cash died of venture capitalists in the country", adding "as we called the Elimination of astronauts and the duplication of salaries through the intersection of information between ministries and Department retirement to expose those counterfeiters and save significant amounts on the other".

"The Prime Minister's Office announced last month the formation of a Ministerial Committee to identify cuts all ministries to reduce the deficit budget 2015, the Committee will submit its recommendations within a week to address and reduce deficit." ended up 9
