Abadi reveals a supplementary budget to compensate for the drop in oil prices
BAGHDAD - ((eighth day)) MP for the Reform Movement and a member of the Commission on oil and gas parliamentary Zaher al-Abadi detect the presence of a supplemental budget will be approved after the adoption of the general budget to be offset lower oil prices.
