"
The statement added that "the offices of inspectors general in the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry's views independent of the ministry's department on the basis of the Legislative ordered 19 of 2005 as amended, and hence the appointment of inspectors general and removed from the jurisdiction of the Commission on Public Integrity and the Prime Minister."
