A source in the province of Dhi Qar detect free public company to trade food stores of any food item within the framework of ration distributed to citizens per month. The source told Radio tow that citizens across the province did not receive any share of the ration by the Ministry of Commerce for the past three months for reasons unknown, adding that there is a trend in the Commerce Department to compensate citizens for cash for share these months.
