Moussawi: The government has adopted a new foundation for the construction of an integrated investment budget
Special / newspaper integrity / faith Qasim - MP for the citizen Bloc Hashem al-Moussawi said Monday that "the Iraqi government provided an opportunity to build an integrated investment budget relies on key aspects including the diversification of imports in order to reduce the fiscal deficit and build a solid economic foundation."
Moussawi said in a statement (righteousness) newspaper that "because of the budget and the drop in oil prices dramatically and successive government deficit thought to alternatives far from the oil can cover part of the money to fill the budget deficit, which is expected to be significant due to low oil prices."
"The imposition of taxes on water, fuel and mobile phone and other alternatives to non-oil process I do not think it will be a large margin negatively affect the lives of ordinary citizens and damage done, but at the same time provide good financial returns of the Iraqi state."
"The Iraqi government today forced to resort to this alternative non-oil and news confirms that the tax will not include medicine and food," adding that "the beginning of next year there will be a budget after the Ministerial Committee complement pressure the budget and reduce the deficit and delivered to the Council of Ministers."
