BAGHDAD / Obelisk: revealed a source close to the Office of the Speaker of Parliament Saleem al-Jubouri, on Tuesday, the latter called for the convening of a special session of the House of Representatives urgent next Thursday to discuss the draft 2015 budget. According to a report seen by "obelisk" that "Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri called for an urgent special meeting of the Council of Representatives held in the eleventh hour of the next Thursday." The source added that "The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the draft budget law for fiscal 2015 and APPROVED ON THE SPOT." The Council of Ministers approved, earlier Tuesday, the draft federal budget law for 2015 and forwarded to the House of Representatives after the formation of a committee headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and membership deputy Bahaa al-Araji, finance ministers and planning, higher education, scientific research and transportation, to review and re-formulations of some of the material from Legally.
