Parliament ends the first reading of the budget and referred to the Finance Committee [Expanded]

House of Representatives ended during its Thursday, the first reading of the draft budget law for 2015, and referred to the Parliamentary Finance Committee in order to prepare a detailed report on second reading.
According to a statement to the House of Representatives received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it today, "The House of Representatives ended the extraordinary Directors held under the chairmanship of Salim al-Jubouri, head of the House of Representatives and in the presence of [229] deputies on Thursday the first reading of the draft general and the federal budget for 2015 Act."
He began Jubouri session offering congratulations in the name of the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to Christians in Iraq and the world to mark the birthdays of Jesus Christ peace be upon him, as the Iraqi people and the peoples of the world right here on the occasion of the New Year, calling the Almighty making general welfare, security and peace in Iraq and around the globe. "
He called on House Speaker peoples of the world as a whole to "raise the banner of peace and unite the war on extremism and terrorism", ahead of "thanks and appreciation to the MPs who have answered the Council's invitation to attend a special meeting of the Iraqi people, service and response to the call of responsibility to discuss an important issue, but a draft budget for 2015 Act" .
He denounced al-Jubouri "media campaign, which affected the Council and its members without justification," stressing that "the Council will begin to take all legal action against Almtakrchin Almttaulin it without a guide," noting that "these behaviors beyond the legal and natural framework in building state institutions."
The statement continued, "The House of Representatives ended the first reading of the draft federal budget for the 2015 Act and the estimated revenue 99 000 billion and one billion and 875 000 dinars, while expenditure amounted to 125 203 billion and 10.783 million dinars for the expenses of the financial year 2015 ".
"The President of the Council decided to refer the draft federal budget bill to the Finance Committee for the purpose of preparing a detailed report at the second reading."
