Parliament reads the budget first reading and referred to the Finance Committee to prepare a detailed report at the second reading of an expanded {}
{Baghdad: Euphrates News} House of Representatives on Thursday completed the first reading of the law of the state budget for 2015 and referred to the Finance Committee; to prepare a detailed report at the second reading, and decided to adjourn the meeting on Wednesday, 07/01/2015.
According to a statement to parliament agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, "The House of Representatives ended the extraordinary Directors held under the chairmanship of Salim al-Jubouri, head of the House of Representatives and in the presence of 229 deputies on Thursday, 12/25/2014, the first reading of the draft general and the federal budget for 2015 Act."
He began Jubouri session offering congratulations on behalf of the Presidency of the Council and the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives to Christians in Iraq and the world to mark the birthdays of Jesus Christ {PBUH}, also congratulated the sovereignty of the Iraqi people and the peoples of the world to mark the new year, calling the Almighty making general welfare, security and peace in Iraq and throughout the globe.
He called on the President of the Council peoples of the world as a whole to raise the banner of peace and unite the war on extremism and terrorism.
"The al-Jubouri, expressed thanks and appreciation to the MPs who have answered the Council's invitation to attend a special meeting in the service of the Iraqi people and in response to the call of responsibility; to discuss an important issue, namely the 2015 draft budget law."
He denounced the President of the Parliament, according to the statement media campaign, which affected the Council and its members without justification, stressing that the council will begin to take all legal action against Almtakrchin Almttaulin it without a guide, noting that these extra-legal and natural framework in building state institutions behaviors.
He said the council ended the first reading of the draft federal budget law for 2015 estimated revenues {99.801875 billion} thousand dinars {ninety nine thousand, eight hundred and one billion, eight hundred and seventy-five thousand dinars} while expenditure amounted to {125 203 110 783} thousand dinars {One hundred and twenty-five thousand two hundred and three billion, one hundred and ten million seven hundred and eighty-three thousand dinars} to expenditures for the fiscal year 2015.
