Abadi: Iraq is not bankrupt but we face a cash problem

Said Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , Saturday, that Iraq is not bankrupt, while noting that the country is facing a cash problem because of the decline in world oil prices.
Ebadi said in the speech, delivered on the occasion of sovereignty, and I followed with "Alsumaria News", "Iraq is not a bankrupt state, because a lot of good things and energies and capabilities," but he also said "we are facing in this year's cash problem."
