Zebari: Iraq not to bankruptcy or collapse and we will introduce some basic sales taxes

The Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, Monday, that Iraq not bankrupt or economic collapse in light of falling oil prices, and that next year's budget is not a prosthesis, he noted that taxes on some basic sales.
The Finance Minister said Zebari at a news conference at the Ministry and attended by agency/information/, "the budget for next year that was sent to the House of وقرءت the first reading is a realistic budget and not a prosthesis after expenditures and reduce the existing deficit", stating that "Iraq not bankrupt or economic collapse in light of lower oil prices."
"There are directives for electricity and Baghdad ministries and other institutions for revenue collection of water, electricity, sanitation and hygiene, which is applicable in all countries of the world", noting that "the tax will not affect the rights of the poor from welfare and salaries of middle income and savings will be imposed on the salaries of employees who will be paid for 1 million and 500,000 dinars."
Zebari said that "terrorism against the Iraq of daash and extend the economic damage and the funds looted from financial institutions and banks, with a global drop in oil prices prompted the Ministry to think and find new revenue to the State Treasury by imposing some taxes", stating that "taxed sales as auto and Internet networks wekartat shipping and travel cards and other things."
"The budget for next year has been calculated based on price of 60 dollars per barrel and exports of 3 million barrels a day in oil revenues reach 84.2 trillion dinars and non-oil 15.6 trillion dinars, while operating expenses 80 trillion dinar investment 45.2 trillion dinars and a deficit of 23 trillion dinars," he said, adding that "the deficit will be financed internally, including recycled stocks of 2014 from the special drawing rights of the International Monetary Fund and foreign bonds and bonds of public debt, add Loans and transfers safe from the Trade Bank of Iraq ".
And the "DoD budget has allocated about 23 to 23 percent from next year's budget because of military contracts payable, including f-16 planes, in addition to confront terrorism and the displaced who have reached two million and 100,000 displaced people," adding that "jobs for next year was distributed as needed for each Ministry, including the Ministry of health and the Interior, defense, education and higher education."
He noted that "the territorial budget and 17 percent of the budget are withheld income obtained from the border ports of the region."
