Salaries "fictional" charged by 5419 as general manager and deputy minister

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed the existence of "5419 employees with varying Undersecretary of the Ministry and Mufthien generalists and general managers, salaried" very high "overburden public finances of the state budget."
The committee member said Haider al-Kaabi said in a statement, said that "among the most important problems of the budget and there are 4,700 general manager and 719 between the Undersecretary of the Ministry and the inspector general of the state institutions and those earning very high salaries overburden from the shoulders of the budget."
He added, "The committee is considering the abolition of agricultural and educational initiative launched by the previous government to allocate large sums of money with them to inflict their duties Ministries of Agriculture and Higher Education and Scientific Research."
Parliament has been completed at its special session, which was held in 25 of the last month, the first reading of the draft budget law and referred it to the finance committee before its lift to the seventh of this month.
