Economists and bankers warned, Wednesday, that the uncertainty surrounding the issue of Bank of Iraq and the reports on the operations of the corruption, may harm the reputation of the bank and its intervention in the foreign financial crises, while the popularity of loud claims to reveal the fate of the money the previous administration. Economists said in a statement to "Qurtas News" that "blurry Rafidain Bank crisis may harm the reputation of the bank in Iraq and his involvement in offshore banking problems." Bankers pointed to "a state of confusion prevails banking for Bank of Iraq because of the unknown fate of his administration." The private sources has announced (Saturday 13 December 2014), that the security forces arrested the Rafidain Bank of Baghdad branch manager on behalf of al-Hassani as he tried to escape because of the issue of corruption in his bank. The sources said in a statement to the channel "Here Baghdad" space that Hassani was trying to escape by traveling from Baghdad International Airport, on the back of granting loans to domestic banks without collateral, "noting that" the security forces arrested him and took him to the security agency for interrogation.
