Kurdish lawmaker: most of the outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil been solved

"The problems that were between the province and the center, mostly solved radically," noting that "the budget for 2015 did not include provisions for punitive Kurdistan region, "pointing out that" things between Baghdad and Erbil are going for the better.
" He added Sirwan that "Steps to resolve the outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil was good, but there are other things we hope to solve the last time," he said, adding that "Article 140 has not been solved until now, as well as the issue of the export of oil."
The federal government headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, replaced most of the outstanding problems with the Kurdistan Regional Government headed by Nechirvan Barzani, where he has led the agreement to pay the government Abadi,
the province and the Peshmerga salaries, against payment of 250 thousand barrels of Kurdistan fields back to the public treasury in Baghdad.
