Parliamentary Agriculture: Agricultural sector allocations in the 2015 budget of zero dinars

Criticized the agricultural parliamentary committee financial allocations in the current year budget in 2015 for the agricultural sector.
A member of the committee MP Ali al-Badri said "operational and investment allocations for the agricultural sector in the budget for fiscal 2015, an amount equivalent to a very small number (zero) within the huge budget."
He added that there was "a contradiction between the government's view and the House of Representatives on agriculture latter emphasizes the need to find alternatives to oil and give great importance to the revitalization of the agricultural sector to promote him to be a substitute or assistant oil in state revenue, but that did not happen because of the government, which has sent the budget without the support of agriculture allocation very small amount does not rise to the importance of the vital and important sector. "
He stressed that al-Badri, "the budget did not include the allocation of investment projects or operational assistance for agriculture or farms and this would negatively affect the economy and that during the consultations with the parliamentary finance committee, as well as the Ministry of Agriculture indicated that the reason for this is the fiscal deficit in the budget."
