A member of the committee MP Haitham al-Jubouri told / BD /: that the budget in 2015 which was the fiscal deficit is estimated at 25 trillion dinars, but after a drop of Iraqi oil prices and access to $ 42 a barrel has become the fiscal deficit up to 50 trillion dinars, adding that the budget developed on the basis of production of 3.3 million barrels per day, but the Iraqi production is still 2.9 million barrels per day, and this is what makes the escalation of the fiscal deficit in the context of low oil prices.
