Emir of Kuwait renews support for the Iraqi government

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah renewed on Tuesday his country's support for Iraq and its government in its efforts to lay the foundations of security, stability and development.
Sheikh Sabah stressed during a meeting with the governor of Najaf, Adnan al-Zurfi - as reported by the official media source accompanying al- Zurfi - the two countries and peoples are linked to the interests and one fate and must stand with Iraq, which faces the threat of terrorism.
He told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that al-Zurfi visit targets to discuss with Kuwaiti officials a number of economic issues and inviting Kuwaiti companies to invest in the province of Najaf.
