Baghdad Services: 2015 free of projects because of the budget deficit
The head of the Baghdad Services Authority Ali Jassim Hamidawi, on Thursday, that the current year will witness the creation of new service projects in the capital as a result of budget austerity policy pursued by the government in the current period deficit.
