Parliamentary Finance Committee said, she would discuss with the ministers of oil, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and Defense Khalid al-Obeidi, the possibility of reducing the operational budget that their ministries and modify investment.

He said al-Hajj that "the problem lies down oil prices, which reduced revenue with them, since higher expenses and lower revenues lead to a widening deficit gap."
He pointed out that "the budget until now are based on the price of $ 60 per barrel of oil."
The parliamentary finance committee member of Haitham al-Jubouri, announced today, host committee and the Ministers of Defense Khalid al-Obeidi, oil and Adel Abdul-Mahdi, in order to discuss the reduction of their ministries budget.
