Consultant Abadi: Savings Act will be applied after the adoption of the budget and the military immune from it

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
Chairman of the advisers in the prime minister Thamer Ghadhban, said Saturday that the savings will apply the law after the adoption of the federal budget for the project, adding that he would not include military personnel in the Ministries of Defense and Interior.
Ghadban said that "the law will cover all of the total monthly salary of more than a million and a half million dinars, with the exception of the military from the security forces in the defense and interior, while civilians in these two ministries staff will be subject to the law of the savings."
Ghadban said that "the savings rate upward from 10% for those who earn a monthly salary of a total of more than a million and a half million dinars,
and up to 40% for those who earn a monthly salary of a total of more than five million dinars, will be restored all such amounts as soon as the restoration of the Iraqi economy recovers."
And honest Iraqi cabinet last month on the budget year 2015 by 123 trillion dinars and calculating the sale price of oil on world markets to $ 60, is currently under parliamentary discussions to reduce the expenditure ceiling.
