BAGHDAD / newspaper integrity - informed sources revealed the existence of agreements signed in the dark rooms of some political parties to pass the budget at face value, but that reference prevented that.

The source said in a statement that "there have been attempts to pass the budget at face value and mistakes to fall burden on the Iraqi people."

"The pass was based on secret agreements signed between some of the political parties in dark rooms and agreement on the non-informed decisions without reference to what those agreements."
