Early on Sunday, a source revealed the start of the meetings of the Economic Commission shared between Iraq and Turkey, likely to be signed economic agreements between Iraq and Turkey.
The source said in an interview for "Alsumaria News" that "the Joint Economic Committee between Iraq and Turkey, the meeting began, a little while ago," noting that "Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari heads the Iraqi side, while headed by the Minister of Energy Taner Yildiz Turkish side. "
The source, who asked not to be named, said he "expected to be signed economic agreements during the meeting," he said, adding that "there will be several more meetings between the two sides."
