Twilight News / Cabinet held its regular third for 2015 in Baghdad on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and issued by the Council following decisions:

1 / forming cell crisis, headed by the Prime Minister and the membership of the ministers of finance, oil and planning, as well as the Governor of the Central Bank Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister.
2 / holds the cell above put the priorities of the government and the doors of the exchange.
3 / cell use experts and specialists.
4 / formation of a crisis cell in every ministry of the Ministries of State shall reduce the costs and increase the financial resources to the public treasury.
2. The Council of Ministers decided to adopt the committee balance problem originally gentlemen deputies of the prime minister in addition to the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers that the Commission take the above into consideration the comments received from the ministers and make recommendations in its final form after hosting the ministers who have the notes on the paper provided.

5. Approval of registration gift kind of computers at office number (10) devices, and provided by the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination (TIKA) in Tunisia within the Iraqi school assets in Tunisia, according to the provisions of Article (22) of the Ministry of Education Law No. (22) for the year 2011.
6. Approval of the draft federal civil service law, the auditor of the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
7. Approval to add drugs TB first line medical equipment laboratory supplies needed to treat TB patients under paragraph II of the Council resolution Ministers No. (77) for the year 2011 according to the reasons stated in the book and the Ministry of Health and a number: (D.s.a / 5/2/4311) dated 12/22/2014.
8. consent to the assignment of the order numbered (2014 / 01- QR / 5463) and for the processing pipeline with curves measuring 48 knots along the 137 km of the pipeline project to export crude oil (Zber2-FAO) custody of the manufacturer (SALZGITTER) German total amount (20/119 678 102) dollars, only one hundred and nineteen million, six hundred and seventy-eight thousand, one hundred dollars and twenty-two cents and period-running processing (6) months, the exception of the Implementing Regulations of government contracts (2) for the year 2014 and the regulations issued under on tender less per excluded (20%) of the allocated for the purposes of the assignment cost of speculative being of sober specialized companies capable of implementation.
9. approve the issuance of Order No. () for the year 2015, the Biosafety of living modified organisms (GMO) and products system auditor by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item III) of the Constitution and the provisions of Article ( 28 / item I) of the Law on the Protection and improvement of the environment No. (27) for the year 2009.
10. approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs, on the inclusion of the remaining quantities of wheat and barley crops affected by floodwaters in the Commerce Department stores the same measures contained in the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (275 ) for the year 2014 and to stop receiving future.
