BAGHDAD - Today's News / Iraqi Council of Ministers held its eighteenth normal for 2015 in Baghdad on Tuesday, and issued by the Council following decisions: 1. The Council of Ministers decided to lend the Housing Fund of the Rafidain and Rasheed amount of (100,000,000,000) dinars, only a hundred billion dinars to support lending to citizens for the purpose of bearing housing with the Ministry of Finance legal interest and in coordination with the Minister of Finance. 2. to approve the exception of widows slice of reducing the sagging career of workers in the ministries in action (contracts and daily wages). 3. Approval by the Ministry of Human Rights in coordination with the ministries and state institutions on the preparation of a formal report to respond to the report by Amnesty International and the Organization (Human Rights Watch) for the year / 2014 (on Iraq) segment, and regarded as a context consistent in subsequent reports from two organizations above or other similar organizations. 4. agree to cancel the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (509) for the year 2013, according to the provisions of Article (49 / item VII) from the federal budget for fiscal year / 2015 and notice of the Secretariat of the Islamic cities conference officially apologize for hosting the Islamic cities Conference for the year / 2015 Iraq. 5. the Ministry of Finance to allocate the amount of $ (3,450,000,000) dinars, only three billion, four hundred and fifty million dinars, to the Ministry of Science and Technology is divided in three phases in accordance with the breakdown contained in the book of the Ministry of Science and Technology series with number: y / o 20, dated 8/4 / 2015, and the emergency reserve allocations for the financial year / 2015. 6. Adoption of the draft joint work plan between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United States of America on the fight against the smuggling of nuclear and radioactive materials and the proposed mechanism for their implementation, provided that they are provided with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of the report periodically on the implementation phases.
