Decisions of the ninth session of the Iraqi Council of Ministers
Khandan - Iraq's Council of Ministers held its ninth regular in Baghdad on Tuesday, led by Chairman of the Board Haider al-Abadi, and issued the following decisions: 1. The inclusion of the martyrs of the popular crowd forces all the rights and privileges enjoyed by the martyrs of the armed forces. 2. Instruct the Ministry of Finance by firing 50% of the agreed amount for the sum of (1) one dollar per barrel producer of crude oil to the Basra province to provide the necessary funds to cover the project first batch. 3. to approve the release of the central appointments within allocated to the Ministry of Health for the 2014 grades for the purpose of the appointment of medical, health and nursing staff. 4 - the allocation of the amount of five (5) billion dinars to the Ministry of Water Resources to provide the necessary funds to clean up the rivers in the basin of the Tigris and Euphrates by the decline in the flowing waters of the two rivers. 5. instruct the Ministry of Finance, regardless one month's salary for employees in public companies (self-funded) through banks According to the Ministry of Finance measures. 6. approval of the General Company for Agricultural Supplies request, containing the sale dates, second-class public auction or in accordance with the law of the sale and lease of state property in the case so requires an amount of at least (100.00) one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars per ton instead of ( 250,000) two hundred and fifty thousand dinars per ton. 7. Approval of the draft of the National Authority for Nuclear Regulation and radiological law auditor by State Consultative Council, linked to the Ministry of Environment and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution, without taking the recommendation of the Council of State. 13. Approval by the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Council Office Deputies approached the Iraqi Council of Representatives, for the purpose of urging him to expedite the important laws legislation as one of the priorities of the Iraqi government, the following bills: the draft political parties law, a project to prevent the use and spread of Occlusive weapons law, a draft freedom of expression and assembly and peaceful protest law, the Commission's draft law the public to monitor the allocation of federal revenues, project cybercrime law, project to establish the eligibility of health institutions law, project exemption Iraqi and foreign companies implementing investment projects from taxes and fees law, project modulated law, organizing human organ transplants and prevent trafficking, the first draft amendment to the Law Claims Commission Act property, a project of the Federal High Court Act. 14. Adoption of Minutes of write-offs on the write-off material damaged Albrooxaydat (C11 quantity of 450 kg, EHP C65 quantity of 8100 kg) for the loss of their chemical properties and belonging to the General Company for Petrochemical Industries in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals and adult book value (16,695,881,100) dinars , only sixteen million, six hundred and ninety-five thousand and eight and eighty-one Dinara hundred fils, according to the text of paragraph (11) of Instructions No. (5) for the year 1989 issued to facilitate the implementation of resolution No. (110) of 1989, as amended by Resolution No. (34) for the year 2001 and authorizes the National Security Chancellery overseeing the process splurge.
