The decisions of the twelfth session of the Council of Ministers

Khandan - hold the Iraqi Council of Ministers its usual twelve to 2015 in Baghdad on Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi. and issued by the Council meeting the following resolutions: 1. Adoption of the considered crimes committed by terrorist Daash gangs against the Iraqi people, the components of the crimes of genocide As shown below: 1 / murder Guests Badush prison and employees Spyker military base insulation. 2 / murder of the sons of the tribes Albonmr and Jabour, and the flames and slaves. 3 / murder and displacement of the civilian Kurds, Christians, Yazidis and Shabak in Nineveh Plain and Sinjar. 4 / murder Mayors and the displacement of Turkmens in Tal Afar and Bashir. 2. The Cabinet decided to assign the Supreme National Committee for Housing to provide a national strategy to the Council of Ministers to address the squatter on land owned by the state, municipalities and the Municipality of Baghdad, on the back of the cabinet resolutions 254 and 418 for the year 2013, that will complete its work within thirty days. 3. At the Maardth Ministry of Planning / her legal department under a number 4/5/4506, dated 02/03/2015, the Cabinet decided to approve the extension of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (133) for the year 2014 for two years and as of the date the end of the permeability of the decision earlier. 4. Approval of facilitating and simplifying procedures in the implementation of the oil ministry projects.
