Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi heads to Kuwait to attend a conference of energy

Directed Oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, on Tuesday, to the State of Kuwait to participate Energy Conference which will be held on Wednesday with the participation of Arab energy ministers.
The Oil Ministry said in a statement, "Alsumaria News" received a copy of it, "Oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, went today to the State of Kuwait to participate Energy Conference which will be held on Wednesday and attended by energy ministers Arabs."
The ministry said that "it is hoped that the Mahdi is to meet on the sidelines of the conference, the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah State, Energy and the ministers of Kuwaitis," indicating that "the conference will discuss the decline in oil prices in the international markets and discuss joint action mechanisms to prevent further decline."
The oil minister Adel Abdul Mahdi predicted the first Sunday (January 18, 2015), to witness the second half or the last of this year, a surge in oil prices, expressing his belief not to return prices to what it was during the past years.
It is noteworthy that global oil prices have seen a significant decrease is the first of its kind in five years, causing damage to many countries, including Iraq.
