Najaf vote on the activation of fines Law

Najaf / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Najaf provincial council announced the activation of Fines Act with respect to the municipal sector. A member of the Council for the winner Shaaban (IMN) "The Council voted on the application of fines law with respect to the municipal sector, and it is hoped will soon be displayed at the governor for approval, and then begin to apply it." Most provinces and began to find new resources to their budgets, the impact of budget cuts for the country, because of the low price of oil in the world. Shaaban said that "the fines would be applied to offenders and abusers in the municipal sector, where these fines will be additional resources to maintain in order to fill the gap in the needs of some of the projects."
